Location:
The South- West of Ireland is famous for its wild beauty in a mild
climate: here the daffodils start blooming in January and the fields
bloom the whole year through. VENTRY, the most western village of
Europa is situated 10 km west of Dingle. It takes about 1 hour by car
to Kerry- Airport , between 2- 3 hours to Shannon- and Cork- Airport
and 1 hour to Tralee or Killarney. (RYANAIR offers cheap flights from
London, Frankfurt to Shannon, see www.ryanair.com).
House: Single
stone- cottage in fully private enclosure, in the middle of lush
fuchsia hedges and idyllic green meadows. Romantic view to ocean and
mountains, walking distance to sandy beach (famous Ventry Strand), also
to Pub, Shop and Church. Within a short radius the Dingle Peninsula
offers a great variety of spectacular landscape, ancient sites,
monuments, beautiful wild strands, exposure of flora and fauna,
walking, cycling, riding, mountaineering, fishing and golf.
Interior: Spacious
lounge with open fire- place, TV- and music desk, entering in dining
room with kitchen (washing-machine, dish washer, deep-freeze,
gas-stove, micro, fridge, toaster) containing all necessary dining and
cooking equipment. Lovely bedroom with antic double bed (comfortable
bedding, heathing blanket ecc.) A further double- and one single bed on
half loft, reachable by spiral stairs. Bathroom with bath/ WC, separate
storage- room.
Here you can feel cosy and at ease in a tranquil atmosphere, the ideal recreation.
Heating: Comfortable heating by the open fire- place, additional electric storage- heating possible (seperate payment by meter).

Cleaning: At
the takeover, the house is in best clean condition; when rendering, it
is expected to be the same. If you do not want to clean youself, there
is an extra of 10% (weekly rate).
Facilities: You
can avail of a welcome package for your first open fire. We provide
books, literature, guides, maps and tips for cultural events,
excursions, local music, concerts ecc. If possible, 2- 3 bycycles can
be obtained by us.
Conditions: Open
all year. Duration minimum 1 week, if possible starting at weekends;
part week prolongation according to availability; latest handover at
end of stay: STRICTLY before 11.00 a.m.
Payment: Cash in EURO, no credit cards. Advance payment 40% at booking; reservation is valid by receipt of account.
Prize: Weekly rate EURO 540.- for 2- 5 persons,including bed linen and kitchen towels.

Tralee, je ca. 2- 3 Fahrstunden von Cork und Shannon entfernt. Der
nächstliegende Flughafen Kerry- Farranfore ist 1 Autostunde
entfernt. Die Flugstrecke wird u.a. von RYANAIR (www.ryanair.com) ab
Frankfurt- Hahn bedient.

Blick aufs Meer, völlig privat. Nähe berühmter
Sandstrand (Ventry Beach Atlantik), Pub, Shop und Kirche zu Fuss in
wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Spektakuläre Landschaft, im Umkreis
von ca. 30 km dichte Häufung von Sehenswürdigkeiten:
keltische Stätten, Strände, Pässe, teilweise zu Fuss
oder per Velo zu erreichen.
Räume: Grosszügiger
offener Wohnraum mit offenem Kamin, Musikecke und TV; anschliessend
Ess- Zone mit Küchentrakt (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler,
Tiefkühltruhe, Gasherd, Mikro, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Koch-
und Tafel- Ausstattung vorhanden). Ein Schlafzimmer mit antikem
Gitterbett, Komfort- Bettinhalt (Doppelbett); Wendeltreppe auf Galerie/
Loft mit 1 Doppel- und 1 Einzel- Bett, Kinderbett kann zur
Verfügung gestellt werden. Sofa bei Kamin kann als
zusätzliches Futon-Doppelbett benützt werden. Badezimmer mit
Badewanne, WC etc.; zusätzlicher Abstellraum
Das Haus
vermittelt Geborgenheit inmitten NATUR PUR, es ist gemütlich,
romantisch und von grosszügiger Ausstrahlung. Durch die besondere
Lage ist es für Ruhe Suchende und auch für Aktivisten ideal;
Reitställe, Golfplatz und zahlreiche Wanderwege sind in der
Nähe.
Heizung: Der
gut funktionierende offene Kamin erzeugt behagliche Wärme;
zusätzliche Beheizung ist mit Elektroheizung möglich
(Nachtspeicher), Abrechnung siehe "Strom".
Strom: Abrechnung nach Verbrauch, Zählerstand.
Reinigung: Das
Haus ist bei Antritt sauber gereinigt; wenn in gleichem Zustand
verlassen, wird keine Reinigungsgebühr erhoben. Endreinigung 10%
des Mietpreises, falls nicht selbst durchgeführt.

Services:
Wir stellen 2 - 3 Fahrräder zur Verfügung (kein Vertrags-
Bestandteil), ansonsten Velovermietung in Dingle. Sie erhalten
Literatur, Reiseführer, Ratschläge und Anregungen für
Ausflüge, kulturelle Anlässe, traditionelle
Musikaufführungen und Veranstaltungen falls gewünscht.
Mietdauer: Wochenweise,
falls möglich Antritt am Wochenende. Einzelne
Verlängerungstage sind je nach Ausbuchung nach Absprache
möglich. Bitte bis spätestens 11.00 Uhr vormittags das Haus räumen. Vermietung das ganze Jahr, Mietvertrag gültig nach Erhalt der Anzahlung siehe unten.
Preis: Per Woche Euro 540.- für 2- 5 Personen Belegung; inkl. Bett- Küchen- und Tisch- Wäsche. Inkl. erste Kaminfeuer- Heizportion.
